1. Child Care Subsidy (CCS) & The 2026 “Three Day Guarantee”

As of January 5, 2026, the Australian Government has made it easier for families to access quality care through the Three Day Guarantee.

What is the Three Day Guarantee?

Every CCS-eligible family is now guaranteed at least 72 hours of subsidised care per fortnight (equivalent to 3 days per week), regardless of how much you work, study, or volunteer.

2025-2026 Subsidy Rates

The amount the government covers depends on your family income:

  • Income up to $85,279: You receive the maximum 90% subsidy.
  • Income $85,279 to $535,279: Your subsidy percentage reduces by 1% for every $5,000 of income.
  • Income $535,279+: No subsidy is applicable.

Note: If you have more than one child aged 5 or under in care, you may be eligible for a Higher CCS Rate(up to 95%) for your second and younger children.

3. Immunisation: “No Jab, No Play”

To keep our community safe and remain eligible for the CCS, your child must meet the National Immunisation Program requirements.

  • Evidence Required: We require an Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) during enrolment.
  • Up-to-Date Records: If your child falls behind the schedule, you have a 63-day grace period to update their vaccinations before your CCS is automatically cancelled by the government.
  • Exemptions: Only medical exemptions recorded on the AIR are accepted (conscientious objection is not a valid exemption for CCS).

4. Fee Payments & Accounts

We use a streamlined, automated system to ensure you can focus on your child, not your paperwork.

  • Billing Cycle: Fees are charged every Monday for the week in advance.
  • Statements: A detailed statement showing your “gap fee” (Total Fee minus CCS) is emailed every Monday morning.
  • Payment Methods: * Direct Deposit: (Our preferred method)
    • Direct Debit: Set up automated payments via our secure provider.
  • Late Fees: To ensure we can maintain our high educator-to-child ratios, please ensure payments are settled by Wednesday of each week.
